• Initial 30-minute consultation with a Trade Marks Attorney 
• Australian trade mark clearance search 
• Preparation and filing of the trade mark application 
• Representation during prosecution for non-substantive matters with IP Australia 
• Provision of the registration      certificate upon issuance 

Package 2 – Headstart (Early Assessment) Application

$1,195 AUD

Designed for applicants seeking an early indication from IP Australia prior to full examination.

Includes:

• Initial 30-minute consultation with a Trade Marks Attorney 
• Australian trade mark clearance search 
• Preparation and filing of the Headstart application 
• Representation during prosecution for non-substantive matters with IP Australia 
• Provision of the registration certificate upon issuance 

Additional Notes

• Each package applies to a single class of goods or services 
• Additional classes are charged at $750 AUD per class 
• Substantive objections, oppositions, hearings, and complex advisory work are not included and will be quoted separately
